The resource within the Logistics function will be responsible for:

• Plan the needs and flows of materials, procurement, manage contacts with customers and suppliers;
• Guarantee the supply of raw materials necessary to meet production needs;
• Collaborate with production for the management of priorities based on customer requests, in consideration of stock levels and related sales forecasts, with a view to improving the efficiency of production and logistics flows;
• Ensure the correct flow of inbound and outbound material, with monitoring of supply times;
• Define customer service levels (costs and times) with regard to distribution logistics.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering preferably Management
• At least 5/7 years of experience gained in similar roles and in structured business contexts
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and Planning Tools

Good communication and leadership skills, problem solving, organizational and management skills, proactivity and good negotiation skills complete the profile.

L’attività di ricerca spazia dalla Chimica Inorganica alla Chimica Organica coprendo settori quali Batterie, Farmaceutica, Materiali avanzati, Agrochimica. La persona selezionata inserita in area Ricerca e Sviluppo, collaborerà a stretto contatto con il Coordinatore Progetti e gli altri Ricercatori al fine di garantire l’allineamento agli obiettivi di progetto ed il rispetto delle tempistiche attese.

Il ruolo:

• Supportare nella messa in opera e monitoraggio delle strategie di sintesi definite
• Comunicare costantemente con il Coordinatore dei Progetti i risultati ottenuti nonché le osservazioni emerse
• Mantenere un’ordinata reportistica relativa all’attività sperimentale
• Monitorare costantemente lo stato di avanzamento delle attività in relazione agli obiettivi ed alle tempistiche

I Requisiti:

• Dottorato in Scienze Chimiche o similari
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Conoscenza Pacchetto Microsoft Office

The resource within the Production function, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, will be responsible for:

– Performing field activities according to predetermined work methods,
– Conducting checks on the assigned plant section and reporting any operational anomalies to shift supervisors,
– Independently carrying out minor maintenance tasks as directed by the Shift Supervisor,
– Conducting visual inspections of equipment and piping,
– Ensuring the decontamination of equipment/lines for maintenance interventions,
– Managing anhydrous tanks and process maneuvers in the field,
– Assisting Laboratory personnel during sample collection,
– Monitoring the refrigeration plant,
– Managing emergency situations in the relevant section,
– Managing external operations and conducting checks on the plant section for the production of hydrofluoric acid in SHF 40% solution.

Requirements:

– Technical diploma,
– Previous experience in a steel mill, as a plant operator, or in managing steam and nitrogen plants, etc.,
– Boiler operator certification is preferred

The work is carried out in three continuous shifts.

The resource within the maintenance function, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of all maintenance work and investments for the assigned line, specifically:

– Maintaining contact with service providers to oversee the execution of work;
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations within the scope of activities;
– Verifying the type of intervention and work permits in the field;
– Coordinating and overseeing the activities of maintenance service providers;
– Conducting periodic reporting on mechanical and civil maintenance;
– Reviewing plants to define the types of interventions required;
– Performing vibration checks.

Requirements:

– Mechanical technician diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanics;
– Knowledge of instrumentation (lathes, reamers);
– Leadership and team management skills;
– Knowledge of SAP is preferred;
– Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel.
